FAQS

You Ask, We Answer

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We carefully inspect all items before dispatch.  In the rare event that your item should arrive in less that 100% perfect condition, please use the CONTACT US section to let us know.  We will do our utmost to sort any issue that you may have.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

No!  Your payments are not processed through the PayPal platform.  We know that many of you don't have a PayPal account, so we reckoned that we didn't actually need a PayPal option.  This way you can pay via credit or debit card using our payment window and without setting up a PayPal account.  Simple eh?

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All of our merchandise is bespoke printed in the UK.  We then hand pack your items and take them down the Post Office.  This can sometimes take a little longer.  Please allow 7 - 10 working days for your items to arrive.  It's often faster, but can be a little slower during busy times.

CAN I CONTACT ALEX HERE?

This is a dedicated site that deals only with Voice of Reason merchandise, sales and orders.  Please go to alexbelfield.com for more information, email and contacts.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes we do!  Please fill in the relevant details at checkout and remember to allow extra time for delivery!

WHERE CAN I SEE MORE OF ALEX?

Alex's videos appear daily on YouTube and you can see his LIVE phone-in Wednesdays and Sundays from 9 on YouTube.  Search for Alex Belfield - The Voice of Reason - and remember to subscribe and hit that bell to receive notifications!  Remember...  Alex will be on the road soon and will be announcing some very special get-togethers in the coming weeks!

HOW DOES THE SIZE COMPARE FOR EACH GARMENT?

Check out our sizing page on this website.  It's along the top task bar.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

It's all a bit boring and complex, but here goes...
Postage is charged by category:  T Shirt, Mug, Cap, etc.  The postage charge is added once for each category you select, but only once, no matter how many items you buy from that category.  Mugs are quite costly for us to post as they need a special protective box and won't fit in an envelope.  T Shirts etc., are too large for letter post, so have to be sent as a small parcel.  Yes, we know some of you haven't been in a Post Office since Captain Cook was a sea cadet and we know that you think that stamps should be free.  Unfortunately the bloke in the Post Office doesn't agree.
